Pet Accessories Policies
Shipping:
Expect your order to be shipped via USPS within 10 business days after we receive your payment. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the item and will be calculated for you at checkout. In general, First Class shipping is $2.50 for quantities of two or less shipped within the United States.
Payment:
Payment is processed through PayPal. PayPal allows you to remit a secure payment via credit card, PayPal, or bank account without sharing your personal information with Chelsea’s Choice LLC. You do not have to have a PayPal account to remit payment.
Refunds & Exchanges:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your pet accessory, please return the item to us in new condition within 10 days of receipt. Refunds will not be issued for items that have been used or damaged by your pet. Custom orders and shipping charges are not refundable.
We do not offer a warranty against 1) normal wear and tear, 2) damage to pet accessories caused by your pet (or another animal) including chewing, biting and scratching, or 3) owner misuse. If your pet destroys its accessory and you'd like to replace it, we'll be happy to work with you - please contact us at chelseaschoice@bellsouth.net.
Care Instructions:
Pet accessories may be spot cleaned with a stain removal wipe, handwashed in cold water, or machine washed in cold water on the gentle/delicate cycle if placed in a delicate care/lingerie bag. Air dry by laying flat. Do not use cleaning products or detergents containing bleach.
Please regularly inspect pet accessories for wear and tear.
